Payout problem

I have connected my payoneer accout and without reason my payoneer account is blocked I tried to have it back but on my unfortune Its unpossible, now my mum created account so I can connect it and when I try to connect its not possible. Can I do something about it any tips and tricks?

Have you managed to get in touch with both Payoneer and Airbnb Customer Support teams to receive further guidance regarding this issue? 

Have you tried adding a different payout method to solve the problem in the meantime?
