I have a very bad feeling lately.
It is the second time that I am having problems with the payout.
On October 14 couple made the check-in for a 2-week reservation for Total amount of ~1900 $.
The payout is made one day after the check-in only that this time they transferred only 2, 300 ₪ (the equivalent of ~6300$).
I am on the phone two to three times a per day for the last 10 days and I have a feeling I'm talking to Robots.
Every time I call I speak with someone else and I had to explain the problem from the beginning they promised me that they would escalate the case and they will get back to me so far I didn't receive a single answer except that the "engineers are investigating".
To tell you the truth I'm really worried....
I think to involve my lawyer...what do you think?
Any idea?
