I have been having severe payout issue since last 2 months and Airbnb Customer Support is absolutey clueless.
Brief history of my case:
- One fine morning in October 2023 i discovered that the payout bank account number i have been using for almost 10 years has suddenly developed some sort of error.
- I tried adding another bank account and somehow was not able to as it was not able to take my permanent account number.
- After over a week, i was somehow able to enter the PAN number and was able to add the new bank account. I thought my problem was solved.
- Unfortunately, within a day this new payout method was showing error.
- Been over 2 months and i have added and deleted new payout methods and each time it gets verified, stays verified for a few hours and then again starts showing error.
My payout is stuck for over 2 months, not received any money for all the reservations, and airbnb is clueless about this.
Anyone else facing a similar problem, and has solution?
