Payout to wrong payment method

Hi,

Unfortunately, the payout of my current guest has been processed on the 23rd of August but to a closed (old) bank account of mine. As the payout is already processed and it is impossible to reach Airbnb customer service, did. anyone experience a similar situation and can let me know which steps I have to take in order to redirect the amount to my “right” bank account (it was my saved in my payout methods all the time, just not as a default).

you need to go into your settings and delete your old bank account and put in another and make sure it is the default/primary account. MAKE SURE TO DELETE THE OLD ACCOUNT that you do not want money going into. this should take care of the problem, Good Luck!

Hi Lena, I just had the same issue happen to me. I'm wondering if you ever found a way to get the payout redirected to the correct account?
