My bank details are still not updated in Airbnb. What will happen if I host the guest during this time period?

Hi @Vineet37 if your bank details are not updated in Airbnb, it's important to understand how this might affect your hosting and ability to receive your payouts. 

 

Airbnb typically releases payment to hosts about 24 hours after the guest's scheduled check-in time. If your bank details are not updated or are incorrect, this can delay the payment. Airbnb will attempt to process the payment based on the information they have.

 

If the payment cannot be processed due to incorrect or incomplete bank details, Airbnb will likely hold the payment until you update your bank information. They typically notify hosts of any issues with payment processing. The good thing is that the guest's experience and their booking will not be affected by the status of your bank details. They will be able to stay at your property as planned.

 

If you're unsure or encounter problems, it's advisable to contact Airbnb support directly. They can provide specific guidance based on your account details and the status of your payments.
