Hello everyone,

I have some questions, and would appreciate any insight the community can give me. So I posted 2 listing on the 2 of June. The guest made a reservation on the 9th for the 27th of June. My question is the following, i was reading some posts and i saw that some people say Airbnb may hold the funds for 30 days of all new host. My question would be ,

Do they hold the funds for 30 days after the guests arrives or does it start from the moment of the reservation?

@Alev18 It used to be from the date the guest checked in but the mention of 30 days doesn't seem to exist  anymore.
