Hello, we have been hosts for a few years now, this year has been the worst I ever saw with Airbnb, they started these new security requirements, since then I haven't been paid.
So far I am owed over $2000, Support is not answering my messages, I have talked with their help center, but all I get from them, I am so sorry for the problem you having, but I can't help you, I just sent this to another department.
I ask to speak with a supervisor and they say they can't do that, I have to write support, and yet they don't answer you.
Do I have any legal recourse? I pay Airbnb for service and yet they control everything.
I don't know what to do anymore other than to close my account and go somewhere else.
