Hello ...I have a pending payout from last October...why? I have contacted Airbnb support but yet to hear back from them,,,are they closed on the weekends?

Lots and lots of hosts are experiencing problems with payouts.

as you have discovered airbnb are very slow and not very accountable about dealing with this.

Other hosts have reported much more success when trying to contact them via twitter.

Also one host who was owed for SIX stays ended up contacting her guests and letting them know adn asking them to contact CS.  5 of them did  demanding to know why their host hand't been paid when THEY had paid months before - and the host recieved payment almost instantly.
