Pet Question to AirBNB

Could Airbnb please explain to hosts why hosts are not being provided the option to charge a per pet  per night fee.  This is absolutely the industry wide standard that is accepted and logical.

@Eric6261 I am not sure a nightly per pet fee is logical. Pets do not take up bed space and the only real additional cost is a one off cleaning fee.
