Anybody else having this problem? I have a $100 pet fee. Guest sends an inquiry asking about bringing her pets. Indicates "1 adult, 2 pets". When I check my "Potential Earnings" I see the pet fee isn't being applied. Nightly rate, cleaning fee, and Airbnb service fees are all correct. Customer service tells me I have to charge them through the Resolution Center, that the pet fee is "just to let guests know, you still have to charge them separately". What?!?
The pet fee is added to the renting total, it is not a separate line.
What Customer Service says is not true, it was in former days when the pet fee could only be mentioned in description of the listing.
I simulated a booking on your listing for 1 night on 17 april, 1 person, no pet: $275,-
With 1 pet it is: $375,- (same as with 2 pets)

I also simulated an inquiry: same result
I have this same issue but with mine, it's showing the breakdown as my regular nightly rate.
Thanks @Emiel1 ! It's strange because her boyfriend went ahead and booked it instantly on his account and the pet fee applied correctly. But when she sent an inquiry and I was looking at "Potential Earnings" it wasn't included, either as a separate line item OR in the nightly rate. Seems like a tech glitch, though it worked out ok in the end. Something to keep an eye on though! I appreciate your checking on it for me! Thanks!
