Need help with being aware of all the factors I need to consider when planning pricing, eg. current bill for airconditioning as in India when one crosses a particular number of units usage the pricing slab changes drastically.

This depends so much on your local regulations.

here in Canada, I advise my guest in my guide, to lower the heating at night and when they leave for the day to avoid to spend electricity when not needed.
