Pricing correctly
Hello everyone,
I'm wondering what the best pricing technique is.
For the moment I'm having a high price when the date is far away and the closer it gets the cheaper it gets.
What do you think about this ?
Thank you 🙂
Matt

@Matt7451 Pricing is tricky. I want to have a full calendar well in advance, so early bookings get a discount while last minute pays a premium. It all depends on how people visit your area -- are there more planners or more last-minute weekenders? Who are you trying to attract?
If you go too cheap you will get discount seekers and bottom feeders -- generally bad guests.
