We have set our pricing to £100 a night and a £30 cleaning fee. when searching for our property is comes up in the map at either £129 or £133 per night. Why is it doing this? Mathis will our prospective guest off seeing this price as others in the area come up at £90-£120. So our £100 is priced competitively. how do we make the map/listing show £100 when people search for a holiday cottage on the area?
@Nicky171 To your nightly rate Airbnb add their service fee (approx 14%+vat) and your cleaning fee divided by the length of stay. This is what the guests will actually pay.
This makes sense. However £100 x3 + £30 and their fee of 14% (£46) = £376, so it should show £125 but it shows £133. I’m just trying to work out where the £133 comes from.
