I am a co-host for two beautiful condos in Silver Spring, MD.

I need some ideas or some advice or suggestions on how I can advertise a promotion which will be visible for potential guests when they are searching on the Airbnb platform.

I am trying to get ideas on how I can make my promotion visible and stand out

If you run a custom promotion for specific dates with a discount of 20% or more, you get the following benefits:

The second benefit is what visibly shows in search results, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd are visible on your listing itself when clicked.

The most important benefit is the (not-so-visible to the guest but great for the host) boost in search ranking.
