Proper or CBIZ Insurance?

We are in the process of listing our home on Airbnb in Sedona, AZ, and we're currently exploring insurance options to ensure we're adequately covered.

We've come across two options, Proper Insurance and CBIZ Insurance, but we're unsure which one would be the best fit for our needs. We're particularly interested in hearing from those of you who have experience with either of these providers or have any recommendations for other insurance companies that cater specifically to Airbnb hosts in Sedona.

Any insights, recommendations, or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. We want to make sure we make an informed decision to protect ourselves and our guests.

Did you  reach to a conclusion since you posted? If yes, what would be the top pick for you and why?
