Hi,
We are a newly formed property management company. We have connected our first client host account to our PMS. All Airbnb bookings and messages are coming through to our PMS. We will fully manage the client's property, pay them out each month, and keep our % commission.
I trying to work out how to connect the Host's payment channel to our Airbnb account. Our Airbnb account is a Host account and the payout method has been verified.
How do we make sure that booking payments come directly through our account and not to the clients?
Many thanks.
Dee.

As a management company you should help the owner to set the listing up under their profile and then add you as a cohost.
The owner can then add in the percentage for you to be paid for whatever commission you have agreed will be paid for your services.
Why would you need to pay the host when the Airbnb system is already set up for the host to retain the income for their property and for you to be paid the commission agreed for your support.
If you are going to promote yourself as a property management company you really need to familarise yourself with how Airbnb works before promoting your services to potential clients.

Hi Helen,
Thanks for your reply. I guess that; 's exactly what I'm doing by asking questions here - familiarizing myself with how Airbnb works. Everyone has to start somewhere 🙂
Your message is a great help. Thanks.
