Hi, we have an offer on a property we rent on Airbnb. Part of the conditions are to honour bookings to the end of the year. I will need to cancel bookings in Jan 2022. How will this affect my superhost status?

I have a suspicion that Airbnb is not going to be at all sympathetic.

They hate refunds.

@Michelle1209 The honouring 2021 bookings isn't allowed (unless you mean that the guests will be contacted and asked to book with the new owner). Cancelling the 2022 bookings will rightfully penalise you both financially and by your likely loss of super host rating. Why? - Because you will be screwing up the plans of the poor guests who have booked with you. If you were planning to sell the property you should have limited the booking window of the listing.
