Hi I’m trying to set my rates but Airbnb keeps adjusting them. how do I keep the rate I’ve chosen without the adjustment

@Arnold95 even if you have smart pricing on when you set a rate you have to disable smart pricing for that night.

Either

1) It is the fees and taxes that are increasing your price or

2) You didn't press save when you change the price or

3) The system has gone haywire or

4) You have a weekly or monthly price set.

Others may have other ideas
