Refunds

Can anyone help me.  I have agreed to refund a guest of ours (long story) but I would like to do it officially through Airbnb.  How do  I go about this?  Joy

You can use the Resoltuion Centre for that:

Click on "sent money" from the guest's reservation or go directly to the resolution centre:

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/767/how-the-resolution-center-helps-you

 

BTW If the reservation is (still) active sometimes the "change" option will do the job.
