Regular guests- review

Hello!

I have a number of guests who stay regulary.

Airbnb asks me to review them each time. Is this necessary? Will it affect my ‘response times’ if I don’t?

Hi @Kate3095  I'd definitely recommend writing a review for your regular guests each time. It won't affect your response rate if you skip it, but leaving a kind review helps strengthen the relationship and builds loyalty.

 

Take the opportunity to make them feel appreciated.. highlight something positive about their stay (“Always a pleasure to host,” “Leaves the place spotless,” etc.). It reinforces goodwill, encourages them to keep booking with you, and contributes to your reputation as a thoughtful, engaged host. It increases the potential that they will recommend their friends to you as well.

Why wouldn't you it only takes a minute and will encourage the guests to review you building up your ratings . @Kate3095

Thanks for replying Helen,

Simply because my guest has booked to stay once a week for the next 8 weeks! I appreciate writing reviews is of benefit to both guest and host, i just wasn't sure writing similar reviews (8 times) was the right thing to do.

 

I'm still new to hosting so eager to learn from the community.
