DO NOT BUY these locks.  We purchased 5 locks and only 1 is working consistently.  We now have to pay a 25% restocking fee to return the DEFECTIVE locks.

Likely they are "restocking" returns and then re-selling. --- I say this because one lock had connectivity issues that were related to the lock being prior registered.

The plastic housing was broken, wire cut on one and many other problems.  Our guests were locked out, and needed to bring a key to get them inside -- one guest was in their pajamas.

PLEASE, Airbnb, stop recommending this product.  Remote Lock is terrible.
