But it is the misperception of how Airbnb sends the private feedback from a guest. It asks your to respond and not clearly show it's a public response to the review and not PRIVATE FEEDBACK. It's wrong and Airbnb needs to correct this years-long issue.
The only response I see is a positive one that says “So glad you enjoyed yourselves…” if that’s the one you’re referring to it does not look bad if left up.
