Restricted account

My account has been restricted for 5 days now. I’ve called everyday since to get an update and see what is going on. Nobody I speak with is able to give me answers. I was told my problem has been escalated several times but have heard nothing. Also I’ve been told I will receive a call in 24-48hours several times; it has been well over that time frame. Airbnb canceled a current reservation and future reservations.

How long will my account be restricted? Has this happened to anyone?

How long does it take to get a response?

@Q17 One of your reviews states the apartment is in a building that doesn't allow Airbnbs. If true this could explain why you have been suspended.

email me at **. I had a similar experience, cost me substantial money, housing, and a great deal of duress. No help from airbnb, no explanation.
