Hello everyone!
I'm José and I'm a host of two beautiful properties in Sierra de los Padres, Argentina.
The profile I have been working on is my mother in laws cause she is the owner of the properties and she asked me to help her over with the houses.
I took over the account and I have been hosting for over a year and a half. After a while I decided to create my own profile so I was gonna be able to get the reviews at my name and then have a strong profile to offer my service to another people. After I while I discovered that reviews are not being processed on my profile, but on my mothers in law. Does anybody know how to correct this and start getting the reviews in my profile?
An airbnb support team member told me that I would need to delete the listing and create one on my profile, but that will erase all the good reviews and the work I've done plus it can implicate myself in tax purposes, keeping in mind that the houses are not mine.
Thanks in advance for your help.

That’s correct — all reviews are tied to the account owner, not the co-host, even if you're designated as the primary host in the co-host settings.
I actually use this as a selling point when working with hosts across Canada. Since the account owner receives the reviews, they can achieve or maintain Superhost status. And if they ever decide to manage the listing themselves, they won’t need to start from scratch.
That said, I would caution against hosting someone else's property on your own account unless you have full control over the listing. If the owner's standards don’t match yours, any negative reviews could impact your account and lower your overall rating.
Unfortunately, there's no way to transfer reviews from your mother-in-law’s listing to a new one.
Hope this helps!

Hi @Sandra-Elena1 😊,
Thank you for asking this question here!
How long have you been hosting?
I'm tagging a few hosts to see if they have any advice for you: @Dave-and-Deb0, @Jim-and-Caroline0, @Joan2709 and @Joelle43.
Warm regards 🌻
