SC and Charleston Co Tax

 I'm having trouble with this too! Since they are charging the "local tax" +.5% (but do NOT pay that as they do NOT have an acct w/Charleston County, how do we receive this money that our guests have paid? I realize ABB pays the state (only 10%) but what are they doing w/ the additional: 3.5%?
