SEEKING MENTOR - Airbnb Arbitrage

Hi! I am very ready to start my first Airbnb business - specifically Airbnb arbitrage (subletting).

I live in Orange County, CA and am seeking a mentor to help me through this process from the start: finding a suitable space, pitches, furnishing, bookings, etc.
