Security Camera in Back Yard

I have been a host for a year and a half and have a security camera on the front driveway which is disclosed on my listing and allows me to monitor when people come and go. Last winter I had issues with snow and ice buildup in the back yard between the back door and hot tub. This year I plan to buy heated mats to melt the snow between the two. The nice thing is they can be controlled remotely so if there is buildup I can melt the snow even if I am hundreds of miles away. This brings up my problem - I would like to put a security camera in the back to see when the snow is building up and activate the mats. However, I don't want to see guests when they are using the hot tub, or worse have them think I am spying on them. I really only want a camera there to watch the snow buildup and melt it to make it safer. I could just monitor the weather and turn it on then but sometimes snow falls from the roof onto the path and needs melting. Plus even during a storm I would not know when the mats have cleared all the snow. Does anyone have any recomendations on how I could monitor this area without freaking out guests?

@Luke493 Personally,  I don't think a camera in that area is a good idea. At all. Even if the hot tub is not in view of the camera, the optics of it are bad. It would create discomfort and suspicion for guests. Not good.
