Dear Airbnb Community,
I hope you are all doing well. I have been hosting on Airbnb for 8 months, and in May, I was honored to be rated as a Superhost again. However, this time the experience has been quite disappointing. Despite achieving Superhost status, I have noticed a continuous decline in the number of views on my listing, which has also led to fewer bookings. I have tried to adjust by lowering prices, but this has not resulted in a significant improvement.
I contacted Airbnb customer service, and they confirmed that my account is in good standing. They also provided me with some general tips, which I followed, but unfortunately, these did not yield effective results.
I am now very confused and wondering if there are any strategies other than lowering prices that can help increase the views and bookings for my listing. Has anyone else experienced a sudden drop in bookings? How did you effectively address it? I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights from fellow hosts.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Charles
