Hello Hosts

I am a new host in Huntsville and i plan to do Airbnb in Muskoka. I would appreciate it if you could share with me some pro tips out of your experience like expected monthly income, avoiding losses, safety rules for both host and guest, property maintenance, screening guest, peak season, most booked price range, potential risks and things to be vigilant.

What are the potential threats or income issues,

highest income and lowest income like in a month?

To give more context about what I will be doing , I’m just planning airbnb in a riverfront cottage (which is more private doesn’t have homes on the opposite, green belt only) , the location is port sydney.
So unfortunately I might not have the lake frozen for snowmobilers, because its a river.

How much profit yearly or monthly one can expect?
