I used to be able to click on a date on my calendar and then on the right hand side an option would appear for an 'end' date so that it makes a range, that I could then amend block or price change. For some reason I am now only getting a single date and option for Available with a cross or tick box and a nightly price. Surely I don't have to do this for each individual day by day now? What has gone wrong please? Thanks for any help.
I just checked, the way I have to change things is to;
Go into Calander
Pick each date (tap the lot)
Then make adjustments to all at once.
This stuff always seems to change, and we are just working around the 'improvements' which boffins in offices deem important (perhaps to simply justify their jobs)..
It seems indeed that feature has disappeared on the listing calender.
On the multicalender it is still there.
BTW You still can select a range of dates on the calender itself.
Hi. Thanks for the replies. I am on my calendar page, as far as I know, the 'calender itself', and I cannot see a range of dates. Each time I click on one date it doesn't give me an option to enter another date. Also if I click on one date and then the next it simply moves from day to day, it doesn't stay selected.
I really don't understand what is different and why this is no longer working??
This is the screenshot. I've clicked on 2nd February and no option on right hand side to select an end date. I f I click on 3rd February the 2nd clicks off ??? Please help, am I being dense somehow? Thanks
Sorry March as shown.
@Suzanne834 To do this I click on the first date and then keep 'clicked' until I get to a later date. This then lights up a range of dates.
I had the same problem and solved it doing this. Thank you 🙂
This is helpful, thanks. I just don't know how to keep it 'clicked'. If I move the cursor to the next day the previous 'clicks' off?
It actually works on the phone app, just tried it. I usually manage through my tablet using chrome and the website, it is here that it isn't working correctly 😞
How do you do it in the app?
Thanks for helpful replies. Contact with Airbnb has shown that this works well with a mouse and not so well with the touchpad, and not at all when using my touchscreen on the webpage without my keyboard. The phone app works fine. Hope they upgrade their upgrade!!
@Suzanne834On the desktop version, I click on the first date, hold the cursor down and drag it through to the last date. Then take your finger off the mouse or touch pad. The whole date range then shows up on the left hand side in the Block/Available box.
That said, I have experienced times when it glitches out.
