Self isolation accomodation request

Can anyone share their experience on bookings for guest who are looking for self isolation.
I have few private rooms in a house and technically it's not self isolation, as the guests will be sharing kitchen and bathroom. I have rejected few bookings but feel bad for people as they may not be getting accomodation due to high demand.
Any suggestions or has anyone else experiencing such queries?
