Hi - I'm English and occasionally rent out our house in France, perhaps 3-4 time a year for a week. I would like to be declaring this in France but am having severe difficulties. I have found companies to do my first tax declaration (I do of course already pay tax fancier and habitation etc) but even so need a Siret number and am stuck. Most help sites go round in circles and even the French Entreprise site seems to need a Siret number before they can deal with the question. All I want to do is pay and it seems so tricky, how do I easily get one?
Hello @Colin486 ,
I am French and can give you this link to read about usual rules
Rent your secondary residence (furnished with tourism) | service-public.fr
You will find a link to the official document for SIRET registration.
Where is your house in France?
You need to carefully review the city regulation to prevent any troubles.
Hello Colin,
I'm wondering how you ended up proceeding with this? I'm going through the nightmare now myself and am also stuck at the getting a Siret number bit. I would greatly appreciate any help or advice you could give.
Cheers
Dino
hi Colin did you manage to sort this? I’m in the same situation & would appreciate any guidance. Just seem to be going round in circles! Thanks
Just go my Siret number this morning. This is the site where you need to register: https://www.inpi.fr/en/guichet-unique
