For any professional managers here, I'm curious to know what platform you use to create owners statement?
We are currently using Excel and looking to automate. Our PMS (Hospitable) just rolled out this feature, but it's expensive and it only automates the income side, the expenses have to be entered manually. Is there a software out there that can capture both the income and the expenses?
As the owners of the listing my hosts have full access to the listing so can download payment and other financial information that they need from the Airbnb platform.
can you not just suggest your owners do the same ?
