@Robert5458 It is, I believe, a misnomer to think that there would be a substantial saving by moving to a split fee.
I look at it this way (simplifying for tax etc): If a guest has a budget of $100 to spend per night then pricing at $100 with no guest fee will allow them to book. If there is a 14.2% guest fee then any prices above 87.6 are unaffordable to them.
Alternatively you listing at 100 with guest fees or 114.2 with no guest fee is equally competitive so just raise your prices and move on.
On a different subject the folks on here, whilst they can be opinionated, generally understand Airbnb better than customer support because we use it every day.
