Split Service Fee

Hello!

We are new and I'm just now beginning to understand service fees. I would like to change ours to split service fee, but I cannot find where to do that or if I have already set it to that. Could someone please specifically tell me where to go in the settings? I do not use any other property managing program.

@LeeAnn-and-Meleia0 You can find the setting in your account NOT your listing. Click on your picture and 9 boxes should appear. Choose the one related to fees.

It may be you have no choice but to go for the 15.5% option but it really makes little. difference overall to your profits.

If you are using a channel manager you will not be able to use the split fee option. If you voluntarily chose Single Fee (not using a channel manager), not sure if you are able to switch back or not:

Thank you so much for responding. I looked at it and I'm not sure we can change. We just started about 3 months ago and I really didn't understand as much about it as I do now and I think we should change. I may have to call Airbnb and talk with them. Thank you again!
