Squatters ???

Hi Airbnb HOSTs, 

I have a million questions about starting to host !! But what concerns me the most. What will happen if you get a squatter 😭? This is the main reason I have not started. !! Help ! Thanks in advanced 💕

Welcome! 
If you don’t allow long term stays (28+days) you won’t run in to the issue of someone claiming they are a tenant and you having to go thru an eviction process (in most states). Shorter stays the person is a “guest” and technically trespassing if they don’t leave when the reservation is over.
