Hello how long should you sublease an apartment complex or corporate lease for? Also does Air coverage automatically start once you create an account?

@Alexis734 I will answer the Aircover question. BE VERY CAREFUL. It only covers damage by guests an even then it only pays a depreciated amount. If the place burns down due to an electrical fault there is no coverage. Its not proper insurance so there is no Ombudsman to complain to if it doesn't pay out. You really need to get your own insurance policy.
