Superhost account suspended listing over false accusations by the guest.

Recently I welcomed a guest for 7 nights. They and I exchanged and talked very happily. They also promised to rate me 5 stars for the service.

I'm also an easy-going person and fully support guests, so I'm happy to let them stay an extra 1-2 hours before going to the airport.

My God, when they checked out they said there was a hidden camera and reported it to airbnb. About 5 minutes later, my account was suspended and I didn't have time to explain another word.

It's just a broken LED light. How should I explain this to airbnb? The account has been suspended and I cannot access it.

I cannot get a hold of anyone from a special team as well as they are simply not responding to my messages in the chat.
It is the middle of the season and regardless of my superhost status and great services - I am out of any help

Hi @Anh-Đào0 , It looks like you've posted from a guest account so I was unable to view your Airbnb Host profile to see if the issue had been resolved for you or if your listings were up and running.

 

Did you happen to reach out to the Customer Support team again as well, to know more about the situation with your listing?
