Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to switch guests to another host. I found a new host, personally booked the listing for my guests and spoke directly with new host and my guest. We are all in agreement for the switch. I want AirBNB to switch my guest's payment to new host and cancel my payment to new host. Check in is today. None of the topics offered address this issue. Calling AirBNB results in being disconnected after a brief message OR a very long wait then being disconnected. At no time in the last 2 days has anyone at AirBNB answered. My guest suggested leaving everything as is and refunding the difference and I'm ok with that since guest is also a host. New host is concerned that any damages will be charged to me. Any suggestions?
