Tax Withholding Mexico

I have a property in Mexico and since October 2020 Airbnb was withholding taxes and each month it was sent a certificate thru the Facturify page but I haven't received any since June and all my details are up to date. I was receiving it until May this year but not anymore. Does anybody is experiencing the same? I have contacted SAT in Mexico and they say to contact Facturify and they told me to contact Airbnb but no one seem to know what is going on so I have to pay more taxes if I don't get my Withholding certificate.

All you can do is give Airbnb again and try and speak to a more knowledgeable customer services person. @Dulce112
