The new rules for rental in the Valencia region of Spain

Can I through AirBnB, still advertise,  as a two pronged rental, in my case 3-10 days as Tourist Accommodation, and 11-or more, as Seasonal Accommodation ?

Would this comply with AirBnB rules and also satisfy the new Valencian rules?

What i don't understand is, AirBnB are still advertising monthly and longer rentals in the Valencia region. How can this be if it is not supposed to be allowed?

Hi Elaine, Here in Valencia region we now have a 10 day maximum rule, but Airbnb still allow any length of rental!
