Tiny house regulations

Hello guys. I am thinking about putting a tiny home out on here. My question is what are the safety rules, inspection laws, etc. For example wood stove or if I need to have a shower how is water tank regulated thank you

@Flabio1  Your local building codes are what you are talking about, it has nothing to do with Airbnb.

And what do you mean, "If I need to have a shower"? Of course you need to have a place for guests to bathe.
