Hey @Bessy-Yaqueline0 👋

Congratulations and a huge welcome to the Community Center! It's great to have you here with us. You've come to the right place as we're here to support you!

I'm tagging in a few hosts that have commented on 'remote hosting' threads previously who may be able to offer their support/advice.

@Susan5966@Debbie1192 and @Lesmore0 - I hope you don't mind me notifying you of this thread, I just think that you may have some greta tips to share!

Just to add here @Bessy-Yaqueline0 - Some remote Hosts work with co-hosts that are in the area. To not miss out on any local news, both these remote Hosts and local co-hosts could be part of one of the local Host Clubs, so you might be able to catch some more tips if you post your question in one of those local Host Clubs! Hi @Bessy-Yaqueline0, I host remotely and have done various approaches:

1. Airbnb experienced cohost : this option can work well. It has the option for you to see reviews or speak with their hosts they have worked with.

2. An external agent : for me this did not work well. They charged a lot, did not care for my listing and did not provide an good service for my guests. Although, it was kept very clean.

3. Long term monthly+ stays and you visit to set up and greet each guest : Depending on your location, this is currently what I do and it works very well for me. I can fully maintain my listing and my reviews are always excellent as I have supported each guest throughout.

hope that helps 🌺
