I can only share some thoughts with you.
First, if I understand correctly, it is low season now. I checked your competitors, meaning the properties around you with similar prices, and they all have availability. For this time of year, it is better to look for mid-term rentals to bridge the quiet months without Airbnb bookings.
We can blame the weather, but we still have work to do.
When you take pictures of the space, do not change anything. If guests see a bed with white linen in one photo and the same bed with purple linen in another, they may think these are two different beds. If the clothes rack appears on the right side of the desk in one photo and on the left side in another, it does not give more information. On the contrary, it creates confusion. Turn on all the lights and take new, clear photos of the space.
There is a set of pictures showing a woman washing dishes. Please let me know how this helps market the space. Maybe I am missing something. But in general, you do not need to prove that the space has guests. The reviews and Airbnb already provide that. I would not recommend using photos with people at all.
You are in such a beautiful place with so much nature around. Bring some of that into the space. Look at what your competitors are doing. They add vases with flowers, plants, or natural elements. You need more greenery and some decorative touches to make it feel alive.
And finally, the description. Read how other competitors present their space. Make yours shine.
I hope you find something useful here.
Best,
