Travel restrictions due to COVID 19 in Pennsylvania

I have been following the guidelines on the link provided by Airbnb in its email of April 30, 2020.  This site has shown that short term rentals are restricted. However that site is no longer available. Are these restrictions still in place?  Is there a reliable site that has up to date information?

@Joyce373  There must be a government site that has the most up to date information for your State.
