UK buildings and contents insurance

Hi all,
this topic has come up before but all the posts are years old now so it's time for a new thread.

We're trying to get buildings and content insurance. We offer an old-school home-stay. We can't find an insurer who will cover us, they all have limits like no more than 60 or 90 days (we do around 100+), or simply won't cover us.

Can you recommend any insurance companies for us to try.

@Manoah0 Not surprisingly the old posts are actually remarkably up to date. Have you tried JL Morris insurance brokers? They are specialists in Airbnb and can access policies not generally available.

we found cover, eventually, from Home Protect.

But next year, if our renewal quote takes a crazy leap upwards we'll go straight to JL Morris.
