I am a Super Host with 92 straight 5 * reviews and have been hosting for over 3 years. My house is listed as a Guest Favorit...
Dear Airbnb Community and Moderators,
I am experiencing a serious security breach on my Airbnb account, and Airbnb support has completely ignored my case for over 9 hours. This is an urgent issue affecting my business, guests, and Airbnbโs reputation.
What Happened?
What I Did So Far (But No Response!)
โ
I sent multiple emails to Airbnbโs security & legal teams.
โ
I called Airbnb support, but no one escalated my case.
โ
I requested a conference call with Airbnbโs security specialistsโstill no response!
โ
I have lost reservations, my guests are panicked, and Airbnb is doing nothing!
I Need Immediate Action From Airbnb
If Airbnb continues to ignore this, I will file an official cybersecurity complaint with UAE $ EGP authorities and explore legal action for Airbnbโs negligence in protecting my business.
I need Airbnb moderators and the community to escalate this ASAP! Have other hosts experienced similar security breaches? How can I get a response from Airbnb?
@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb please respond immediately!

Hello @Shehab7 ๐
I'm very sorry to hear that this has happened. The Community Team is dedicated to supporting hosts in a different capacity than customer support. This community forum serves as a platform to facilitate meaningful conversations among hosts, encouraging open discussions about topics that matter to Airbnb hosts.
If you head to this link (https://www.airbnb.ie/help/article/1542) you'll be able to reach the Support Team to discuss this further.
I have also messaged you with some more information that may help.
Many thanks,
Rebecca

Have you changed your password ... if so do that as a matter of urgency @Shehab7
As @Helen3 advises, if you haven't already done so, go to your Account Settings/Login & Security and change your password. I wouldn't assume the breach originated with Airbnb. It seems you have 26 listings under your profile? I'm assuming you have multiple other team members with access to your listings. Perhaps one of them had the breach on one of their devices? Especially if they were using their devices on an unsecured network.
Device History/Shared Access
You can go to your Account Settings under Login & Security and see the device history (what devices have access to your account) and where they are located. You have the ability to delete those devices. There is also a Shared Access feature there. Did you use that with any of your team members?
Bear in mind ABB do have a Tech Team that have and work in the background this matter may have arisen through them to.
No systems are Foolproof and it's a known fact those who have backroom access to Computer systems are often where issues and unlawful access to accounts occurs.
Think back to what William/ Bill Gates did to access a school computer system back in 1968.
He was banned from using the School computer room for around 16 months, maybe more and it's also recently happened with that young chap involved with DOGE accessing information.
