[URGENT] Airbnb setting did not showed the extra charges of RM35/pax eventhough host setting mention

Dear Airbnb,

we just receive feedback from guest- Hong Zaii on not showed extra charges of RM 35/pax (after guest no. 😎 in our Batu Pahat D’garden Sweet Home page even though we already set it since the first day as host. Hence, there is some misunderstanding from guest. Hope that Airbnb can solve this problem and explain to guest before 2pm of Malaysia Time because guest will check in soon later by 3pm. Thanks.

P/S: As per conversation with Hong Zaii through WhatsApp, there are 11pax will stay in the Sweet Home by tonight.

@Bernice34  You have posted this on the Community Forum, which is just a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service.

But I'd suggest you simply point out to your guest where this fee is mentioned in your listing, as he obviously didn't read it throroughly.
