Uploading documents in messages

I have a welcome book I created and want to send to guests a couple days before they arrive. I have the welcome book saved on my computer, and tried to copy and paste it in the messages but it won't let me. Any ideas on how to get my guests this welcome book, besides asking for their personal email address?

You can use the email alias to sent documents as attachments, as explained here:

An-update-for-hosts-who-use-the-email-alias-feature

 

Or you can sent the guest a URL where the document can be found.
