Pricing issue

Wondered if someone could please assist. I set the nightly rate for my property and rightly so air bnb have added their service charge. But when I search the property the nightly priced stated (is the one that already includes the service charge). When someone tried to check out it adds the service charge again. Not sure why this is happening?

If you are on "host-only" servicefee  structure, then Airbnb fees must be included in the listing price.

If you are on "split-fee", then Airbnb charges the guest the service fee and you will be charged a host fee. Your listing shows you are on "split fee" structure.

In some areas there is a choice which fee structure to use. Then there is a tab "service fees" in your account,  section "payments/payouts"
